The office will provide you with the appropriate diagnostic and treatment codes on a super bill that can be submitted to your insurance carrier. Any necessary supporting documents, letters of medical necessity, and pre-authorization requests will be done in a prompt and comprehensive fashion to assist you in reimbursement.
Consultation, diagnostic and treatment fees are paid directly by patients at the time of service. Fees will be communicated prior to all visits so that there will be no surprises or embarrassing encounters.

To assist our patients we have relationships with several financing mechanisms, and take all credit cards.
